Eligibility
Eligible participants are veterans or service members entitled to VR&E benefits based on service-connected disability and employment barriers, where VA determines self-employment is appropriate and viable.
Requirements
- Apply for and be found entitled to VA Veteran Readiness and Employment benefits.
- Work with a VR&E counselor to determine whether self-employment is appropriate.
- Develop a business plan for VA review and viability evaluation.
