About this program
The BDE Nuevo Empresario program promotes establishment of new businesses in Puerto Rico by providing financing for working capital, equipment, improvements, and real estate to businesses operating one year or less.
Eligibility
Puerto Rico new businesses operating one year or less, including San Juan startups, that meet BDE credit and project requirements.
Requirements

- Document new business status and operating history of one year or less
- Provide business plan, financial projections, ownership, credit, and use-of-funds information
