About this program
The Legacy Business Program's rent stabilization grant encourages property owners to keep longstanding San Francisco businesses in place by supporting landlords who provide qualifying long-term leases to registered Legacy Businesses.
Eligibility
Landlords of registered San Francisco Legacy Businesses with qualifying leases or lease extensions.
Requirements
- Legacy Business tenant must be on the registry
- Landlord must provide a qualifying long-term lease and share at least 50 percent of award with tenant
