About this program
BDE's government supplier line of credit provides cash advances to certified Puerto Rico suppliers with state government orders or certified invoices, helping bridge cash flow while awaiting payment.
Eligibility
Puerto Rico businesses selling to the central government and certified by the Board for Investment in Puerto Rican Industry or applicable procurement programs.
Requirements
- Apply through BDE
- Provide purchase orders, certified invoices, government supplier certification, and business documentation
- Assign eligible invoices or receivables to BDE and complete credit approval
