TWU StartHER Grant – Texas Women-Owned Startups
The StartHER Grant awards $5,000 (two $2,500 installments) to Texas women-owned startups under 5 years old with ≤5 employees. Recipients must complete business training, 3 hours of advising, and submit a business plan. Applications open September 1, 2026.

Eligibility
Texas-based for-profit businesses at least 51% owned by women who are U.S. citizens/permanent residents, formed after September 25, 2020, with five or fewer employees. Must have legal entity status and operate in Texas.
