Eligibility
U.S. citizens or eligible non-citizens who are Illinois residents and have worked at least 12 consecutive months as a behavioral health professional in a community mental health center, behavioral health clinic, substance use treatment center, or state-operated psychiatric hospital located in a rural mental health professional shortage area (HPSA).
Requirements

- Must have worked at least 12 consecutive months in a qualifying behavioral health facility
