Eligibility
Companies in targeted industries including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, high-tech, clean-technology, software development, and financial services that create net new jobs or make qualified capital investments. Software development firms must create a minimum of 10 net new jobs.
Requirements
- Operate in a qualifying industry (biotech, pharma, high-tech, clean-tech, software, financial services, manufacturing, or ag)
- Create and maintain net new jobs in New York State (minimum thresholds vary by industry)
- Complete a Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) through nyworks.ny.gov
