Eligibility
Small businesses that establish social and economic disadvantage and meet the federal DBE or ACDBE ownership, control, size, and certification requirements administered by Alaska DOT&PF.
Requirements
- Submit the Alaska Unified Certification Program DBE or ACDBE application
- Provide ownership, control, personal net worth, business, and financial documentation
- Maintain annual affidavit or declaration updates after certification
