About this program
USDA Business and Industry Loan Guarantees encourage lenders to finance rural businesses by guaranteeing a portion of eligible loans. Fairbanks-area businesses in eligible rural locations may use the program for real estate, equipment, working capital, acquisition, refinancing, and expansion.
Eligibility
Eligible rural businesses, cooperatives, nonprofits, federally recognized tribes, public bodies, and lenders financing eligible projects.
