Eligibility
Eligible businesses, nonprofits, municipalities, and economic development organizations with capital projects in New York City meeting ESD and regional council requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through Empire State Development or Consolidated Funding Application when available
- Submit project scope, budget, jobs, private investment, public benefit, and readiness information
- Meet grant agreement, matching funds, reporting, and eligible cost requirements
