About this program
Southern Nevada Water Authority Water Smart Landscapes rebates help property owners convert grass to water-efficient landscaping. North Las Vegas commercial, multifamily, HOA, and residential properties may qualify for rebates that reduce water use and operating costs.
Eligibility
Eligible Southern Nevada Water Authority customers with qualifying grass conversion projects in member agency service areas, including North Las Vegas.
Requirements
- Project must meet SNWA eligibility, inspection, and landscape conversion rules
- Apply and receive approval before removing turf
- Complete conversion and final inspection to receive rebate payment
