Participants must be active in the Adelante Mujeres Microenterprise Program or meet provider-specific IDA criteria, and business IDA participants must complete the Empresas business course before registering.
Requirements
- Participate in Adelante Mujeres' Empresas business course or microenterprise program
- Meet Oregon IDA income and asset eligibility requirements
- Open and contribute to an approved matched savings account
