Pilot grant of up to $50,000 to reimburse eligible NJ small businesses for closing costs related to a New Jersey commercial property purchased to operate from. Helps small businesses become property owners.

NJ small businesses purchasing a commercial property in NJ from which they operate. Cannabis license holders not eligible. Tax Clearance Certificate required.
