About this program
USDA REAP provides grants and guaranteed loans to Wyoming agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements.
Eligibility
Wyoming agricultural producers and rural small businesses meeting USDA eligibility may apply for qualifying renewable energy or energy efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Confirm rural or agricultural producer eligibility
- Prepare energy audit, assessment, or technical report when required
- Submit USDA Rural Development application
