USDA Rural Microentrepreneur Assistance Program (RMAP)
Provides loans and grants to Microenterprise Development Organizations (MDOs), which in turn fund microloans and provide technical assistance to rural microentrepreneurs and small startups. Nonprofit MDOs are the primary applicants.
