The City of Jackson Commercial Facade Improvement Grant provides reimbursement grants to small business owners and commercial property owners for eligible facade renovations and repairs in CDBG target areas and the Enterprise Community.
Eligibility
For-profit small businesses and commercial property owners within Jackson city limits and eligible CDBG target areas.
Requirements
- Operate within Jackson city limits
- Have annual gross revenue of $500,000 or less
- Use funds for eligible facade improvements and provide required documentation
