Eligibility
Small businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged U.S. citizens and meet SBA 8(a) eligibility rules.
Requirements
- Register in SAM.gov and complete SBA certification through MySBA Certifications.
- Provide ownership, control, economic disadvantage, business history, and financial documentation.
