New Jersey's business certification program supports certified small, minority-owned, woman-owned, veteran-owned, disabled-veteran-owned, and other eligible businesses seeking public contracting opportunities, including education and childcare vendors. Deadline notes: Applications are generally accepted on an ongoing basis. Notes: Relevant for identity-owned education and childcare businesses seeking government or institutional contracts.
Eligibility
Eligible New Jersey businesses that meet ownership, control, size, and documentation requirements for the selected certification category.
Requirements
- Submit certification application with ownership documents, business registration, tax records, operating agreements, resumes, and proof of qualifying ownership and control.
