About this program
Connecticut C-PACE, administered by the CT Green Bank, provides long-term fixed-rate financing for eligible commercial, nonprofit, and multifamily property improvements that save energy, generate clean energy, or improve resilience.
Eligibility
Owners of eligible commercial, industrial, nonprofit, or multifamily properties in participating Connecticut municipalities, including Stamford, with qualifying clean energy or efficiency projects.
Requirements
- Confirm municipal and property eligibility with CT Green Bank
- Complete technical review, savings analysis, lender approval, and mortgage holder consent if required
- Close C-PACE financing and complete approved improvements with required documentation
