About this program
Spark Capital is a revolving loan fund created by Spark CDI to support holistic community development and redevelopment projects in historically disinvested Omaha neighborhoods. Loans help projects move forward when conventional financing is not sufficient.
Eligibility
Eligible developers, nonprofits, businesses, and community development projects in target Omaha neighborhoods.
Requirements
- Project must advance community development or redevelopment in eligible Omaha neighborhoods
- Submit project budget, financing gap, community impact, and borrower information
- Complete underwriting, loan agreement, collateral, and reporting requirements
