Eligible applicants are New Mexico small businesses and entrepreneurs, including people of color and minority-owned businesses, that need loan capital and meet DreamSpring product and underwriting requirements.
Requirements
- Operate or plan to operate a small business in New Mexico
- Submit a DreamSpring loan application
- Provide business and personal financial documents, ownership information, collateral details, and references as requested
