State development finance participation that helps Alaska businesses obtain commercial loans.
About this program
AIDEA participates with banks and other lenders to help finance eligible Alaska business and economic development projects. Anchorage companies may use loan participation for real estate, equipment, working capital, and expansion projects when a participating lender and AIDEA approve the deal.
Eligibility
Eligible Alaska businesses and projects working with participating commercial lenders and meeting AIDEA criteria.
