About this program
The Nebraska Advantage Microenterprise Tax Credit provides refundable state tax credits to eligible microbusiness taxpayers. Bellevue microbusinesses may qualify based on new investment, increased compensation, or other eligible growth activities under state rules.
Eligibility
Nebraska microbusinesses with five or fewer full-time equivalent employees meeting program and taxpayer requirements.
Requirements
- File application and required tax documentation with the Nebraska Department of Revenue
- Document eligible investment, compensation, employment, and microbusiness status
- Comply with credit limits, claiming process, and state tax rules
