USDA REAP provides grants and guaranteed loans to Idaho agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems and energy efficiency improvements.

Idaho agricultural producers and rural small businesses meeting USDA eligibility may apply for qualifying energy projects.
Requirements
- Confirm rural or agricultural producer eligibility
- Prepare energy audit or technical report when required
- Submit USDA Rural Development application
