About this program
The Biloxi Community Facade Grant Program is a partnership among the Greater Biloxi Economic Development Foundation, the City of Biloxi, and Mississippi Power to help local businesses and property owners improve building exteriors along the Pass Road and Division Street corridors. The program reimburses up to 50 percent of eligible facade improvement costs, capped at $5,000 per project, for work such as painting, signage, lighting, awnings, and other exterior upgrades that improve curb appeal and strengthen commercial corridors.
Eligibility
Eligible Biloxi property owners and business tenants may apply for exterior improvements to Mississippi Power customer properties located on the Pass Road or Division Street corridors.
Requirements
- Property must be located on the Pass Road or Division Street corridor in Biloxi.
- Property must be a Mississippi Power customer location.
- Applicant must be the property owner or a tenant with written property owner permission.
