The Farm Storage Facility Loan Program provides low-interest financing for producers to build or upgrade storage and handling facilities for eligible commodities, including cold storage, packing, washing, and handling infrastructure. Deadline notes: Applications are generally accepted through local FSA offices. Notes: Especially relevant to produce, cold storage, grain, and food handling infrastructure.
Eligibility
Eligible agricultural producers with storage or handling needs for approved commodities who meet FSA requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through FSA with project plans, cost estimates, farm records, financial information, eligible commodity documentation, and security or collateral information.
