The SBA 504 program provides long-term fixed-rate financing for eligible small businesses purchasing, constructing, or improving major fixed assets such as owner-occupied real estate and heavy equipment.

For-profit small businesses meeting SBA size, occupancy, use-of-proceeds, credit, and owner-equity requirements.
Requirements
- Work with a participating lender and certified development company
