Nonprofits and community organizations working with or operating as small businesses in Greater Minnesota communities served by the six Minnesota Initiative Foundations.
Requirements
- Must operate in the service territory of a Minnesota Initiative Foundation
- Must work through the designated regional initiative foundation
- Must meet PROMISE Act eligibility requirements
