Eligibility
Rhode Island residents with disabilities, including seniors with qualifying accessibility needs, may apply for reimbursement for approved home modifications that help them remain safely in their residence.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a Rhode Island resident with a qualifying disability or an authorized representative.
- Project must modify an existing residence with qualifying accessibility or safety features.
- Applicant must obtain and submit a qualifying needs assessment from an approved medical or professional source.
