About this program
The Strategic Site Readiness Program supports land assembly, due diligence, infrastructure, site preparation, and other readiness activities that make priority Michigan sites more competitive for business attraction and expansion.
Eligibility
Eligible local units, economic development organizations, landowners, and project partners preparing strategic sites in Michigan.
Requirements
- Coordinate with MEDC on site readiness priorities
- Submit site information, readiness needs, budget, ownership, infrastructure, and economic impact details
- Meet Michigan Strategic Fund approval and reporting requirements
