Eligibility
For-profit small businesses that are at least 51% owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged U.S. citizens or permanent residents and meet current DBE requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through HDOT's online DBE or ACDBE certification system.
- Submit ownership, control, size, personal net worth, and disadvantage documentation required under current DBE rules.
- Previously certified firms may need reevaluation under current federal guidance.
