Eligible property owners, developers, nonprofits, and community-based organizations with qualifying brownfield sites in New York City.
Requirements
- Apply through the NYC Office of Environmental Remediation process when available
- Submit site eligibility, environmental reports, project scope, budget, and redevelopment information
- Meet brownfield, cleanup, procurement, and reporting requirements
