About this program
The North Dakota Development Fund provides flexible gap financing not available from most conventional lenders or investors for economic development projects. Funds are available to new and expanding North Dakota primary sector businesses, with additional rural non-primary sector eligibility under current guidelines.
Eligibility
New and expanding North Dakota businesses, primarily primary sector businesses, and eligible rural non-primary sector businesses under current guidelines.
Requirements
- Coordinate with a lead lender and the North Dakota Development Fund
- Submit project financing package, business plan, financials, equity contribution, and feasibility information
- Meet eligibility, underwriting, job, investment, and economic development requirements
