About this program
The NC Rural Center manages the Loan Participation Program statewide under SSBCI. The program works through partner lenders to expand access to capital for small and medium-sized businesses, including Durham-area businesses when lender and project requirements are met.
Eligibility
North Carolina small and medium-sized businesses applying through participating lenders and meeting SSBCI and lender eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Apply through a participating bank, credit union, or CDFI
- Meet lender underwriting and SSBCI eligibility requirements
- Provide business financials, use of funds, collateral, and owner information
