Eligibility
Montana-based operators of branch line railroads and related rail facilities seeking to construct, reconstruct, or rehabilitate rail infrastructure. Implemented pursuant to MCA 60-11-113 through 120.
Requirements
- Must be a Montana-based branch line railroad operator
- Project must involve construction, reconstruction, or rehabilitation of rail infrastructure
