Eligibility
Eligible applicants are small businesses at least 51 percent owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged U.S. citizens who meet SBA ownership, control, size, character, and potential-for-success requirements.
Requirements

- Be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
- Demonstrate potential for success and meet character, citizenship, and financial eligibility requirements.
