Eligibility
Eligible Illinois small businesses, including minority-, women-, veteran-, and disability-owned businesses, may use Advantage Illinois with participating lenders for qualifying financing needs.
Requirements
- Work with a participating lender before applying.
- Operate an eligible Illinois small business and meet Advantage Illinois underwriting and program rules.
- Use loan proceeds for eligible business purposes such as working capital, equipment, inventory, or expansion.
