Eligibility
Texas businesses and government agencies operating older diesel locomotives, marine vessels, and non-road transport equipment in Texas nonattainment areas.
Requirements
- Equipment must be operated primarily in a Texas nonattainment area
- Must replace or repower qualifying older diesel transport equipment
- Grants cover up to 80% of eligible costs
