Supports pre-development design work for eligible brownfield projects. Up to $5,000 standard, up to $10,000 for preferred community development projects.
Eligibility
Brownfield projects in NYC; preferred community development projects may qualify for higher funding.
Requirements
- Property must be in New York City
- Must demonstrate potential contamination with documentation
- Services must be performed by a professional registered as a Qualified Vendor with the BIG Program Administrator
