About this program
The Patient Advocate Foundation Scholarships for Survivors program supports students under age 25 who have been diagnosed with or treated for cancer, chronic disease, or a life-threatening illness and are pursuing postsecondary education.
Eligibility
U.S. residents under age 25 who have been diagnosed with or treated for cancer, chronic disease, or a life-threatening illness and meet education and program requirements.
Requirements
- Applicants must submit medical history or diagnosis information, school enrollment plans, essays, academic records, recommendations where required, and scholarship application materials.
