Eligibility
Businesses (including non-profits), economic development organizations, and political subdivisions (e.g., local governments, schools) for alternative energy production or clean energy projects in Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- Must be a business, nonprofit, economic development organization, or political subdivision
- Must undertake a qualifying alternative or clean energy project
- Matching investment of at least $1 for every $1 of program funds required
