Semper Fi & America’s Fund provides direct financial assistance and support programs for critically ill, wounded, and injured service members and their families across all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces.
Eligibility
Critically ill, wounded, or injured service members, veterans, and eligible family members from all branches meeting fund requirements.
Requirements
- Submit request or referral with military status, injury or illness documentation, family need, expense documentation, and requested assistance information.
