About this program
Cincinnati Development Fund is a nonprofit CDFI that provides flexible real estate financing to support affordable housing, community facilities, mixed-use development, historic preservation, and neighborhood revitalization in the Greater Cincinnati region.
Eligibility
Developers, nonprofits, community development organizations, and project sponsors with eligible Greater Cincinnati real estate or community development projects.
Requirements
- Submit financing request, development budget, sources and uses, project plan, borrower information, and community impact details
- Meet underwriting, collateral, repayment, and project eligibility requirements
- Comply with loan agreement, construction, and reporting requirements
