Eligibility
Oregon manufacturers planning eligible land, building, construction, or equipment projects may use IDB or Express Bond financing when the project meets federal private activity bond and state requirements.
Requirements
- Use funds for an eligible manufacturing or solid waste facility project
- Meet federal tax-exempt bond requirements and Oregon program rules
- Work with Business Oregon, bond counsel, and a participating bank or underwriter
