Eligibility
For-profit businesses located in rural Pueblo County (outside the City of Pueblo limits). Must demonstrate the project will create or retain jobs. Direct Loans require federal guideline compliance; Revolved Loans more flexible. Typically used as gap financing alongside a conventional lender.
