About this program
Detroit's Office of Arts, Culture and Entrepreneurship supports Arts Alleys and related creative placemaking work that uses public art, neighborhood creativity, and community partnerships to activate public spaces.
Eligibility
Detroit artists, community groups, nonprofits, and neighborhood partners participating in eligible arts alley or placemaking opportunities.
Requirements
- Project must align with ACE or neighborhood activation priorities
- Submit artist, organization, or project materials for posted opportunities
