About this program
The City of Boulder partners with Colorado Enterprise Fund and local financial institutions to provide access to capital and business coaching for small businesses and nonprofits that may be unable to obtain traditional financing.
Eligibility
Small businesses and nonprofit organizations operating in Boulder that meet lender and program requirements for community loan financing.
Requirements
- Apply through Colorado Enterprise Fund or the city partner referral process
- Provide ownership information, business license, financials, use of funds, and lender documentation
- Meet underwriting, coaching, and repayment requirements
