Eligibility
Businesses in St. Croix, Pierce, and Polk counties, with priority for SCVBIC incubation program graduates, SBDC Entrepreneur Training Program graduates, Chippewa Valley Technical College Entrepreneur graduates, and UW-River Falls technical training completers.
