Provides discretionary payroll rebates to targeted Arkansas technology-based businesses creating new full-time jobs.
About this program
The Targeted Create Rebate Program is a discretionary incentive for targeted technology-based businesses in Arkansas. Eligible companies with qualifying payroll and wage levels may receive a rebate equal to 5% of eligible new full-time payroll for up to 10 years, subject to AEDC Executive Director approval and program restrictions.
Eligibility
Eligible applicants are targeted Arkansas technology-based businesses with payroll exceeding $250,000, qualifying wages, and new full-time permanent employees in approved targeted sectors.
Requirements
- Business must be a targeted technology-based business approved by AEDC.
- Business must create new full-time permanent jobs in Arkansas.
- Business must have payroll exceeding $250,000 to qualify for the payroll rebate.
