About this program
Ignite CDA is Coeur d'Alene's urban renewal agency and supports public-benefit redevelopment activities in active districts such as the River District, Atlas District, and Health Corridor District through tax increment financing and project partnerships.
Eligibility
Eligible public-private redevelopment projects, infrastructure, housing, education, health corridor, or economic development initiatives located in active Ignite CDA districts.
Requirements
- Coordinate with Ignite CDA before project commitments
- Document district location, public benefit, project cost, financing gap, redevelopment impact, and approvals needed
- Receive board, city, agreement, and compliance approvals before funding
